Boxpark, a “mini-mall” comprised of 60 shipping containers, is scheduled to open in August of this year in east London’s Shoreditch neighborhood.

Although designed in the spirit of a pop-up mall, Boxpark will be open for a minimum of five years (using) sixty (60) 300-square foot containers to house brand shops… .  The concept aims to offer brands retail rents significantly lower than traditional store rents in … an up-and-coming area …
